These are panels that are manufactured as an alternative to marble and porcelain walls and ceilings and are used in the entrances of homes and residential buildings, as well as in finishing shops and residential apartments. These panels come in a variety of shapes, colors and attractive designs, to the extent that they satisfy all tastes.

The panel comes in a fixed size (1.22 x 2.44 m) with a flat area of ​​approximately (3 m), and a thickness of (1 mm to 3 mm), according to the customer's request. Also, polygonal sections are made of the same material, which are installed with the panels as a corner and frame on the walls, to add durability and beauty to these panels, and the tools and accessories needed to install these panels are available in all their forms.

Marble alternative features:
• These panels are characterized by being resistant to moisture and heat insulating
• Non-conductive to electricity
• Artificial marble has multiple colors.
•Artificial marble is distinguished from regular marble by its higher ability to resist dirt and stains

•The marble alternative is thinner and lighter than regular marble, which makes it much easier to transport and saves a lot of costs

Materials used in the manufacturing process:
• Polyvinyl chloride, “PVC”, which is the basic material in manufacturing, and to produce a ton of panels or sectors, we need ~ 50% of PVC, and the percentage of PVC may increase or decrease according to quality control.
• Calcium carbonate heavy Caco3 “and we need for each ton of PVC ~ 40% of carbonate
• Other additives: - Thermal stabilizer (stabilizer) “stabilizer” and we need for each ton (40~50 kg) of this stabilizer. Wax (Dioctal) “wax” to treat the additives, and it is added in small quantities, (~5 kg) per ton. Stearic acid, added to treat carbonates, is also added in small quantities, per ton (~5 kg), and “Cpe” (30~50 kg) is added per ton, as well as “Acr” (10~20 kg). The proportions of additives vary from one manufacturer to another and can be controlled, thus controlling the specifications and quality of the panels.
• Decorated plastic roll as required; it is available ready, and the panel is approximately (3 m)
• Polished for painting; and the panel is approximately (3 m).
• Stretch wrap, transparent or printed with the company name as desired.
